Perfect the way you are.
You Be You
There is nothing wrong with you. I want to make sure you heard that so I'll repeat it.
There is nothing wrong with you.
According to the dictionary the definition of wrong: not correct or true; mistaken; unsuitable or undesirable; in a bad or abnormal condition.
I really started paying attention to how often I use the phrase, "there's something wrong with me". I use it in jest, I use it seriously, I use it when I feel bad or when I've screwed something up. I think it and say it a lot. It isn't true. There is fundamentally nothing wrong with me.
I have aches and pains, I have PCOS, I am overweight, I am divorced, I can't seem to find a date or a lover. I can't walk up a flight of stairs without being out of breath. There are days I feel pretty messed up. BUT at my core I am not wrong, I am not mistaken, I am not unsuitable or undesirable and I am NOT abnormal. Fundamentally there is nothing wrong with me.
I am perfect exactly as I am.
I have a passion and a desire to help people. I am a work in progress and am proud of the work I've done that got me where I am in this very moment. I'm working on training my body, mind, and soul. I make mistakes and I have successes so I'm going to write about them, in the hopes my steps and missteps can help another. I think I'm perfectly imperfect. I like to look at the world from a different perspective.
My name is Erin Walsh and I think this could be a great partnership.
